At O'Malley Musical Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your instrument.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the instrument in its original case and packaging, ensuring all accessories and mouthpieces are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the instrument upon arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
